We strive to keep our customers happy and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. We offer exchanges within 2 to 7 days of purchase, provided the product is brand new and in good condition. We do not accept exchanges for opened or worn hair products.
Our products are 100% genuine and undergo thorough inspection by our quality team before shipment, ensuring 99.9% damage-free products. In the rare case of damage, we will accept a return, but a stock handling fee will apply, and the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
If our quality team determines a product has been opened or worn, we will not accept an exchange.
